Water, Soil and Weather

The unique Cuyo region -encompassing the provinces of Mendoza, San Juan and San Luis- is considered among the bests areas in South America for irrigation based crops.

In fact, the crops grown at the foot of the Cordillera de los Andes (The Andes Mountain Range) are irrigated by means of gravity irrigation canals (meltwater flow from the mountains).

The soil is unique as well. At present, we are making use of farming lands which have remained uncultivated for the last fifteen years.

The weather conditions of the area plenty of sunshine, low rainfall rate and high temperature ranges enable highly nutritional crop growing.
